  I am buying a house in Donelson and need some advice about homeowner's insurance. I am supposed to close next Thursday and need to insure immediately. Farmer's won't write a policy because there is a broken window on the back and part of a fence is down. My current ins co (Travelers) will not cover because I have a Staffordshire Terrier. Any ideas would be appreciated.
