  Help! I have a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix GT and it is stuck in park. When we push the button on the shifter we hear a clicking noise that's seems to be coming from the dash or steering column. We have already tried pressing the shift lock release button as well as rocking the car while trying to shift... any other suggestions? Can anyone recommend an affordable, honest mechanic?
