He does all flooring, tile, wood, laminate, bath & kitchen remodels, room additions, construction - everything except plumbing & electrical. Excellent work. Painter: Dave Born of southwesternpainting.com 714.777.4848. Outstanding prep work with sanding, scraping, beautiful paint work, etc. Many referrals for both.
