  And here is a good one... - Dr. Charles Arkin - Germantown Pkwy. - He owns the practice - It will take some amount of time to get an appt. He does have three associates and all are superb. - Be prepared to wait for an hour or so upon arrival, but it is worth the wait. - 901 309 5000. - Receptionist name is Anita.
