  I have Aetna and I go to Chesapeake Women's Care...410-571-9700. Dr. Penn is my primary and I adore him. But, I've seen the women in that practice, too, and they are equally as wonderful. Dr. Wells delivered my youngest and she was fabulous!! Good luck!
