  OH HELL NO.. DO NOT GO SEE BOB.... We switched from towne centre insurance. Was with them for many years. No call backs, lack of customer service, Ever since Vicky left all west south. You can get a quality company and a good agent for the same price if not a better rate with Allstate. Three Rivers@541-474-2071. AKA Townsend insurance. Ask for shawntae, Do yourself a favor and call for pricing/coverage.
