Anyone out there who formerly used Millenicom MIFI/hotspot and was forced into Verizon as they were bought out? That happened to us, and since switching to Verizon, our bill has doubled, claiming our usage is over 20GB - same plan we had for 3 years with Millenicom, with no problems.. Verizon has had us: change the battery on the mifi unit itself, then replace the unit with an upgraded one, and still our usage is through the roof. They are claiming it is normal usage, and yet our usage has not changed, except to use it LESS, and we are getting charged for more. I am beyond frustrated, and now with buying the new MiFi/jetpack we had to restart a 2 year contract. Anyone have any known recourse?? thanks in advance
