  I live in Alabama and was served with child support papers for a child that reside in Texas? A court date was set In Alabama but I would like joint custody? This is a general question and I'm aware that a lawyer would be a better source of advise but If anyone else has had a similar situation could refer me to a good attorney or guidance is appreciated.   My husband just went through the same thing with his ex wife yesterday and we used Keith Rogers from Montgomery. He came down here and he was so very reasonable. HIs number is 334-262-0508.
