  So y'all gave me recommendations for my arsenic water now let's talk about mold! Had a home inspector here (I'm selling my home, buyers had an inspection) he said my crawl space showed signs of a leak under my bathtub and there was "possible organic substance i.e. Mold" so I had a plumber out he says no signs of a leak, everything is capped tightly and he does not see any signs of mold....who are the mold experts, do they always find mold spores when they test because that's their job and how expensive are these experts?

  George zentz attic insulation and ventilation pros 586-997-4000 he will come out and inspect your attic for free to look for mold or inadequate insulation, don't trust an inspector to find mold
