  HELP! ISO chiropractor or physical therapist. I've dislocated my shoulder and am currently experiencing extreme discomfort, along with mild pain/numbness throughout neck, right arm and shoulder. in addition to having some irrational fear of the emergency room I am also currently uninsured...
