  House Insurance Recommondation Needed Allstate inspected our House when no one was home, the pictures that they sent us look about 6 months dated, they claimed we needed some repairs done or they were going to drop our House insurance, this was sent near Black Friday...since then we fixed all the minor repairs, some of which were already fixed since photos were taken, however still needed two things done, the flashing on our roof, we had a recommended Roofer come out and they said our flashing was fine, and our back patio has a retaining wall that has crumbled, we had been planning on getting it taken care of this spring, we have had a few quotes so far, and believe we have found the Roofing/Landscaper to do it, however with the weather, it is impossible for this to get done by the deadline Allstate gave us(only 3 months during holidays and winter) Beginning of Feb...So now we have to find an alternative House insurance company, we had been with them since we owned our house for 23 years and have always paid on-time and made very few claims in those years...been getting some quotes and finding that prices are much higher than what we have been paying with less coverage even for the big named companies...has anyone else had this happen? Feeling very frustrated...Could use any suggestions or House Insurance Company Recommendations please...Thanks
