  Can someone please recommend an attorney? I want to sue the Property Management Company that manages the Condominium Complex my townhome is in. I have had a roof leak every year for the past 7 years. In the last month, I've had two. They should have had the roof over my unit replaced but they do nothing! Today it is leaking again in my bedroom. Two hours ago I called for emergency maintenance. I have heard from no one! I warned them the last time the roof leaked that I would sue them if it leaked again. I'm ready!! By the way, my HOA dues are $465.00 a month!!!
