  Anyone have any advice on a good pediatric dentist, that is reasonably priced, that will work with cash paying patients? (No insurance). The kiddo needs a filling/cap stat (actually she needed it 6 months ago, but she panicked and wouldn't sit it the chair. Her dentist refused to try again and suggested IV sedation, which I know lots of people prefer, but we are both ishy about that.) I know some dentists will waive the first visit/ x-ray fees if treatment is required, and treatment is most definitely required.
