  Can anyone help me??? I manage an 864 unit (31 building) apartment complex in Novi. My snow plow contractor for the 2014/2015 season recently informed me that they will not be able to service my community. It is very late to be looking for a contractor and the 12 companies I’ve already contacted cannot take on a property my size.
