  Med MD Plus The initial visit is $60. We have weight loss shots as well that are $10 each or 4 for $30 if you buy 4 at a time. We also have the adipex on site so no need to go to a pharmacy. The adipex is $20. Each month a check up is $45. Our number is 205-814-0404 and our address is 12 Cropwell Drive Pell City, Alabama. We offer same day appintments and walk ins as well !
