  Tonya, I had Jaime Alvarez at Southwest Neurological off College at Riverwalk. He's the one who did my back surgery on the right side in 2010 when I had 2 pinched nerves causing my toes to go numb. That group is highly known if you haven't tried them. Phone # is 239-432-0774
