  Dr Warren Parker, Neurosurgical Group of Texas at Methodist Hospital. 713-790-1211. Best in the business. I got in to see him on 1 day notice. 2 days later he performed a lumbar laminectomy with disc excision. I walked out of the hospital the same night.
