  You can definitely call our office at (530) 745-0531 - we work with all medical plans - private market - all carriers, Medicare Supplement and Obamacare. There is no fee to use us - it's the same cost if using us as a broker - but it does give you a G REAT place to go when you have issues. You can come to us - you don't have to go to the carrier.
