    I'm very bummed that I have to write this review. I was hoping issues would be resolved, instead my husband and I being ignored. First off, I want to say that Rebecca did an amazing job with our flowers. They were everything that I hoped they would be and more. 5 stars there! 1 star has to go to the day-of coordination..... On to the more disappointing part of this review....We hired her for our day-of coordination on top of her florist duties. Rebecca did a good job communicating with me throughout the wedding process. Very responsive and helpful. The day of the wedding we noticed, along with some of my family, that she was a little overwhelmed. She had 3 other helpers to help her that day and I thought that I had everything in order for her; lists, extensive notes with photos of rentals and personal items. I was a little disappointed to see some items that I had either rented or brought myself just thrown in places or not even used. In the end, nobody really noticed if things were wrong and everyone was happy. Just disappointing on our end to see things not set up or rentals used. I wished she came to me if she had any questions or if she needed help from any of my family because they were all eager to help if needed. I would have rather her asked for help. The most concerning problem we had was the week after the wedding. Rentals were sent to other rental companies. Some rentals and our personal decorations were even left behind at the venue. I spent my week calling back and forth trying to find the rentals and figuring out where they went. I had to to go back to the venue, find some of the missing items, then have to return them to the rental company which took us 4+ hours to do. This is something that I shouldn't have had to deal with.. It should have been taken care of. We had replacement and late fees and also had 8 broken compotes (three were our fault) that we had to pay replacement fees for. We asked Rebecca to pay, what we thought, was a reasonable amount and she refuses to respond. We are left with $250 of fees because of of all of this. It's very disappointing. I hate that I have to write this review but we have given almost 2 weeks to respond to two different emails and we are left with the fees and the mess to clean up.
