  I am looking for a contractor type who would like to remodel apartments for me at assisted living facilities. This is an independent contractor that will not receive regular work. Right now, I have 5 apartments that need done immediately in Cottonwood Heights. There are 4 properties in the area between Bountiful and Salt Lake that need help from time to time.
