  I just had mine fixed by In & Out Doors and I was very happy with the work. He came recommended by a neighbor who is a realtor, and who has his "go to" list of contractors. I called at 6 pm, stuck in my house because our 1 car was in the garage with the door broken. He was out here the next day and I was on my way in no time. He knew exactly what the problem was when I described the situation over the phone and had all the parts with him when he came the next day.
