  Hi Shan!!! Carolina Kids Pediatrics(919-881-9009), has two physicians that does ear peircing for visiting patients. I believe the cost is $70. They have a nice selection of earrings to choose from!!! Hope this helps:)

  Been with dr tanaka and foor (they are all great tho) at Carolina kids by Rex for 20 years 3 kids and my 2 nieces with them I even kept him when I lived in Wilmington and made the drive I will miss him when my last one ages out 919-881-9009
