Has anyone made their own carders? Anyone made have a link to plans?
Ginger B. replied:
My husband made me a carder. We looked and looked for plans - only found one set online and they were definitely not worth the money paid. So we borrowed a friend's carder and he figured it out from there. I am testing it out now and we plan to market it unless I think it needs some tweaking. Even though you can't buy them yet, you can see some pictures on our website - www.weaversrapidwarploom.com
Does anyone have a friend or know a good company that makes cheap but good quality tri looms? I would love to have a tri loom big enough for shawls, but they're all expensive. Thanks, Merry Christmas!

I definitely can't afford a Drum Carder at this point. Lol. :D

My husband has introduced a "cheaper" drum carder to our website. www.weaversrapidwarploom.com if you'd like to check it out. He also makes blending boards.
I need to hire a couple of people in Joplin. Looking for people who are actually looking for work and the reward of a paycheck. Not people who are looking for a paycheck for as little work as possible. This is a part time job that pays extremely well. Contact me if you know anyone who might be interested.
