  I am the proud new (just this afternoon) owner of a house that needs completely renovating. I need..... An electrician to do a whole house rewire. A plumber to replace an old boiler and hot water tank with a combi boiler system. A builder who can take down a couple of internal walls and put in any steels required. A plasterer to skim the walls and ceilings in at least the hall, landing and stairs or maybe the whole house. If you know anyone who can do any of these that you'd recommend then let me know.
