They wouldn't give me a recommendation anywhere else, either. Neither my primary care doc or OBGYN are comfortable recommending behavioral meds and instead referred me back to UM. Needless to say, I've been running in circles for the past few weeks. So, I'm now seeking personal recommendations for any counseling/psych offices in town, ideally with doctors on staff for pharmacological management. Double ideal would be an emphasis in women's care (i.e. PMDD and mood disorders) and accepting UM insurance, but at this point I'll pay out of pocket to just get established somewhere.

  I've heard AMAZING things about [Integrative Empowerment Group](http://www.integrativeempowerment.com). I don't think they have a psychiatrist on staff but I'm assuming they would just refer you out. I also don't know the details about insurance, but I know they can do a sliding scale.
