  Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). I know it would be a long trip, but we took our daughter to see Dr. Nicole Ryan. She worked alongside Josep Dalmau, who discovered this illness in 2007. Great, personable doctor with specific knowledge of this illness. Check them out online http://www.chop.edu
