I called at the beginning of the month because I dislocated my finger and knew I needed help cleaning. Love my husband but, god man can't clean well. So we got this lovely flyer and thought the presentation of the company was nice! so coworkers told me to try them out and if they liked them we all would use them. Called, lady was very nice, answered simple questions and set me up for them to come that Thursday. I paid for the services right then and there. Thursday rolls around, my husband moves all his meetings to later that afternoon. Sometime right before 8 they call saying the cleaning lady got into a car accident, I totally understood and asked when could we reschedule. They said 11 later that day. My husband had a meeting at 12 so that worked. 11 rolls around, 11:15 comes, 11:25 no body shows up. My husband runs out the door or he is going to be late. I get a call about 5 minutes later saying the cleaning lady just showed up and no one is there! We had to reschedule. My husband talks to them they told him next survive would be on them! They were suppose to call me to reschedule and I got a call so husband calls again, they say next one would be half off. So we reschedule and she shows up on time my husband and I agreed maybe just a bad start. Tuesday a week later I am charged again the full 80 for the up coming services and they are suppose to come out again that coming Thursday... call, they make me wait a bit and although they promise the service would be on them they only give me a refund of half. Thursday comes around and guess who is late... 51 minutes late. Granted they called at 8:15 saying she would be showing up in a few minutes, man, when did 36 minutes become a few minutes! Get home, and honestly the first lady did a better job, she didn't even make up the bed, she cleaned the two dishes in the sink and vacuumed... what did I actually pay for! save your money find another service because this company is not only unorganized, they do not clean well at all!Was this review helpful to you? -
