  Found this little 11# white(?) poodle mix very skinny very homeless abandoned dog at Stapes in Tucker. Hopped in my car. Cannot keep him. Does anyone know of a foster family that would take him? Super sweet. Village Vets bathed him and wormed him and animal control is not available to take him. Ideas??
