  Okay... my first post ever here. I have a VERY needy/codependent mama's boy kitty who is about 1 1/2 years old. He needs a kitten companion (I have tried everything for him-vet recommended a new kitten). My kitty was very very sick (he has Crohn's... for real) and am looking for a kitten companion that has shots, tests and is neutered before adoption (I know I have to pay for these things). I cannot pay $1000s again. Any suggestions? :)

  I foster through Circle of Friends and we make sure our kittens/ cats are utd in vaccines, spayed or neutered, dewormed, and microchipped! You can see our available kitties at COFAS.org

  Stacy Johnson oconee regional humane society can set you up with the mobile spay\neuter bus. It travels around. I know they have it in Eatonton, Madison, Greensboro, and other locations as well. It cost me $40 which included rabies vacation, pain meds. for three days, microchip, and spay/ neuter. Call them and see if they have one close to you in the near future. 706-454-1508

  You may want to try one of the area rescue organizations like Oconee Regional Humane Society https://www.facebook.com/.../The-Oconee.../154491001230783 Circle of Friends Animal Society https://www.facebook.com/cofasinc All About Animals Rescue in Macon https://www.facebook.com/allaboutanimalsmacon . They check all prospective new owners and, among other things, make sure the animals won't be adopted for use as bait animals by dog fighting groups. They know that people or groups who fight dogs use social media and other ads to procure dogs and cats to use in "training" their fight dogs. Your dog looks like a sweetheart -- I know one of these groups can re-home him. Good luck!!

  Hendrix is a setter retriever and UTD on all boosters, rabies, Bordetella, heart worm prevention, deworming, and is already neutered. He is great with other dogs, cats, and small children--he loves all people! He has a lot of energy and would make a perfect family dog. Oconee Regional Humane Society takes him to Athens on Saturdays for adoption events, but if you would like to meet him any other time you are welcome to contact me directly or request an adoption application.
