Hello! I figure this might be the group to ask:
I have a variety of posters/photos in odd measurements that need frames, any suggestions where to get it done?
Jennifer H. replied:
There's a few websites that are pretty cheap that do custom size frames http://www.framesbymail.com/
Anyone know a good place to get some posters framed?
Sayed A. replied:
Yeah, pretty much. I haven't done it myself but I've had friends get pieces cut. Think you need to make sure the glass / plexi is UV coated. I can't recall what frames by service is good, but here is one with an ancient looking site: http://www.framesbymail.com/
So, I have a bunch of things that need framing. I was thinking of Michaels, or Webster Framing in my neighborhood. What's a good estimate for cost? Any recommendations or advice?
Lauren S. replied:
Peterson Framing has always done a nice job for our special pieces. For things like posters/prints/Broadway poster cards, I've just used framesbymail.com which I LOVE.
can yall post where to get frames, spacers and foam core for matless framing soon? i wanted to put my order in asap
Heather F. replied:
I order mine from framesbymail.com They are a good price but you have to be SUPER careful with the wood. It does chip easy. They also sell foam core, spacers, or anything else you may need.
