  Cumming friends, I'm looking for a HVAC person in this area. Our condensation basin pump (whatever that is) has decided to stop working. I'm guessing the motor will have to be replaced. This goes along so well with with the squirrel that decided the eave of our house was tasty and must be warmer in our attic rather than his normal trees! 2015 hasn't started out so good for us - financially that is. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
