Monica L. asked:Not BBS related.Admin delete if inappropriate .. URGENT!!!! There was a sign of a leak ( around 20cm long) on the roof as a watermark - see picture. The last house owner told us the leakage has been fixed up and we didn’t see any leakage issue around a couple months ago. However the reappearance of the water mark could be caused by recent heavy rains and thunderstorms. NEED a professional and licensed person can come TODAY and give me a free quote that would be great. During heavy rain, water has been flowing back into our eaves, and at times making its way indoors unsure emoticon We have paint peeling on our ceiling in places and are not sure where to start.
