  Hi Courtney, I would highly recommend Keith Gavigan of Service Master Apple Valley. He's based out of Prospect but his team covers the entire state. He did some work for me last year when we found out we had a crack in our foundation and water from the spring run-off was leaking in. Removed a wall, got rid of the mold, replaced the carpet padding, cleaned everything and got us in touch with a guy who was able to fill the crack.
