My name is Bill Mortson and I have been a qualified driving instructor in South Tyneside since 1983. I am a grade six instructor, six being the highest possible.
I am qualified to gold standard ROSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention Of Accidents) again this is the highest civillian drivers qualification possible.I have one new L-Passo car and usually run on the strength of referrals.
