Does anyone know a welder that can fix a metal chair leg, I have metal dining room chairs from pier one that are just over two years old about a week ago one of the legs completely snapped at the base of the seat, the only way I have been told it can be fixed is to take it to a welder ( pier one doesn't have this chair any more ) so in effect I would have to buy four new chairs unless I can get this one fixed , also looking for approximate cost of fixing said chair leg. It is a clean break and the leg fits perfectly in the hole of the chair base where it broke off . Below is a pic of the chair before it broke,,, interestingly enough this was a chair that was only used when Guests were over and nothing was near it when it broke I was standing in the kitchen when I heard the chair crash.
