  Go to www.domorewithyourdog.com there's novice, intermediate, advanced, excellent and champion titles. I'm working on their excellent and champion levels for both my dogs. It's a lot of fun and really builds the relationship with your dog. The books are mostly luring but I use all shaping/clicker training to teach the tricks.
