  Not yard sale related but I'm looking for a dog grooming place that won't mind me being in the room or close to my dog. He has had bad experiences at groomers , such as being cut so bad that he now has scars . He also has metal pins in his legs and I'd like someone who is gentle . He needs a basic wash service!   My assistant and I have an opening tomorrow and Saturday at The Purple Groomery. I have over 11 years of experience and own 10 4 legged babies of my own. As an owner whose 14 year old doberman spent the last year of her life requiring chiropractic c are, physical therapy and medication for arthritis and my German Shepherd who had cancer and had to have her leg amputated I understand completely about dogs that require special handling and care. I also have clients who have tried others in town and been dissatisfied because of uneven hair cuts, ears not being plucked and cleaned and glands not being checked and dogs ending up with impacted glands or being told their dogs were difficult to groom and now they have found our shop! We also check ear hair but don't over pluck, we use all natural ear cleaner, we check and express glands IF needed, we carry a variety of all natural shampoos and use what works best for the breed and it's particular coat or skin condition. We don't just use one all purpose shampoo for everyone. Also we hand dry all of our dogs to ensure an even haircut. Please call and speak with me or my assistant Denise 910-343-8990
