  WD Mechanical - Wayne D Matthews (813) 486-1771 He's come out twice for 2 separate issues - once last summer to refill freon and check for leaks/put a sealant in all around $100 I believe and a couple weeks ago had to replace a fan which was around $3 00. I called and priced other places all who wanted anywhere from 50-100 just to come out and look at the damn thing! I've had great experiences with him and he comes out pretty quickly. He is the owner and goes based on referrals only, but I think he's great!
