  Not sure if this appropriate for this site, but will give it a shot. I need a recommendation for a real estate agent. We are selling 20 acre parcel with no building on it. The 20 acres was formerly co-owned by Robert and Jennie Hermanson and Bob and Pat Butler. Now we (their children) want to sell it. None of us live in Paso Robles any more. If you can recommend a real estate agent that has experience selling property.. send me an e-mail philhermanson1@gmail.com. The parcel is 1/2 mile outside of city limits on Peachy Canyon road (west of town). If you know where the Hermansons or Butlers lived.. then it is the old almond orchard just west of their hill.
