  Home repair help needed...I'm not sure what type of trades person I need for this job. I have a few issues that I would like to get fixed. First thing is an outside basement door that leaks and is very drafty. Second issue is open space under an enclosed porch that is also contributing to drafts.   This site has brought me some of the best recommendations ever including Kyle Bodnar our new lawn guy and Jeff the rock start landscaper from Behmerwald Nursery who landscaped our whole property! Getting ready to replace rotted boards and trim at the 100+ year old Kimberton Arts Building. Any ideas of some good exterior contractors who could do a big job (11,000 sf building) without a giant price tag? I don't need a period historic restoration, just some basic, quality, exterior carpentry. Thank you for your wise a reliable advice!
