  So I went to the optometrist at Walmart for an eye exam. Have prescription in hand. Looking for a place that sells decent glasses (trying to avoid plastic cheapy frames). If they have deals for buying both frame and lens together, even better. Anyone have suggestions?

  Costco is great for lenses, high quality and very inexpensive (1/4 cost of my regular opt). Costco frames are ok. Costco will make lenses for any frame so I order designer frames online at 1/3 the cost of retail and bring my prescription and frame to Costco for the lenses.
