  I am having the same issue! I call and they say they will send someone out to see if we can actually have service and they never come! I live on FM 2433 in Port L. Everyone next to me has it. One service agent said because this home has never had Cable one it's difficult unless they send someone out! I would love to have a local office to walk into and speak to someone! Haha

  Not sure if you know but cable one did away with a lot of popular channels^. It's not worth the$60 a month in my opinion. I switched to direct tv and pay half of that .

  Hell no don't get tisd. If u can get cable one as Internet do so. It's cheaper and faster. Tisd wireless should be your last resort.

  think about it. if your already having issues with simply finding cable one, imagine if you really had technical problems. TISD is the better choice. They are located in Victoria and just a call away. Their number are posted every where. The do not have any contracts either.

  Cable one is preferable cuz it never depends on towers cable one is through an actual cable not receiving signal through tower
