  My chiropractor is Dr Lensgraf in Green Hills 615-383-5575. He keeps me going! I'm very active, despite my body's best efforts to keep me sidelined. He's amazing and this past week, he was priceless. I was laid up for 3 days with a bad headache from a slipped disc in my neck. On Day 3, the headache was so bad that my left eye was drooped and watery, I had extreme sensitivity to light, could feel my pulse in my teeth, I was extremely nauseated, and my hair even hurt! I called and got an appointment to be there in an hour. I donned my darkest sunglasses and made my way to Green Hills. It was by far the best adjustment of my life! He adjusted my neck and had immediate relief. In less than 2 hours of leaving his office, my headache was completely gone and I've felt better than I've felt in probably a year! I couldn't live the active life I do without this wonderful man! :)
