  Looking for a dog trainer and not Petsmart or Petco. I have a medium sized dog that goes NUTS when he sees most other dogs. Doesn't matter if he is in his yard, being walked, or in public. He has recently started getting so ballistic that he randomly starts biting anything near him when barking at the other dog...like your feet or legs! Can't have this. Don't want to not trust him. If I pick him up he doesn't react as badly. But not always possible. I don't know rates or anything - I can't afford much, but after a near scare at a large public place with a little kid who walked between my dog and another I have to do something!! Needs some other basic training too. Please and thanks!!
