  I will unequiacably recommend LA BRIDGE - they are local and reasonable. http://www.labridge.com/ They used to be in the marina but have merged with another small provider. They (a specific individual there) drove out on a weekend to hand me a rep lacement DSL modem when the one I was using died. I switched to FIOS last year (only problem, squirrel ate the fiber cable) but other family members still use DLS from LABRIDGE.
