  I am in search of a web designer. I know what I want, I don't need Web Hosting or anything else, I already have 2 working web sites, I need a designer who can put 2 new/better sites together, make them look good and function. This site - http://www.glendorn.com/ - is a sample of the look/feel I want. It isn't necessary for someone to be local (to us) to do this job. Where are all the truly creative, innovative and talented people? There used to be cool and cutting edge web designers everywhere - now, none (that we have found). I am pretty design savvy, I can buy a good WP template and do it myself but I really was hoping to give someone who's really good at this a chance to show off their talent and get paid for it.
