  Southern Orange County Pediatric Associates http://www.socpa.com/ They have office in Ladera and they just opened a new location in San Clemente. My kid's doctor is in RSM but I know a great doctor at Ladera if you were interested. they are all very caring and I was able to meet with Dr. (rather than PA) anytime I wanted.
