  We need a re commendation on a HVAC person. Every time our ac goes on it smells like fire. It smells kind of like when you turn on the heat for the first time in a while but it does it like 2-3 times a day.

  I used modern air and they had to come out 3 times in a month to keep re fixing a leaky drain pan. Finally called another out and he fixed it permanently. Can't remember who the other company is but I do not recommend modern at all.
