  ISO licensed contractor with available time and reasonable price to close in (well add new structure) 12x24 carport space to be bedroom and bathroom. Must be done w permits and pass city code inspection. Had 3, yes 3, other people w great pricing fall through- not showing up when promised- taking on too much other work. (1 my sister used also -her addition is still unfinished after 11months) perfectly fine with this as side job (nights/weekends) as long as projected finish date is not excessive. Very simple design. Have already purchased bathroom pieces.
