  The greatest oral surgeon in Richmond.... Dr. Andrew Ferguson at Commonwealth Oral & facial Surgery....804-354-1600...He pulled all four of mine and I had NO issues or problems at all. He also did a jaw corrective surgery for me last month and I am healing very very well.
